Let’s be honest, you can tell someone takes good photos by looking at their photos. But you can’t necessarily tell that you’d want to spend eight hours on your wedding day with them by the photos alone.

“So Much More Than Photographers”
“Go book Zach and Jodi right now. These two are truly talented. The photos were beautiful. We were looking for a photographer to take some pictures of us on our wedding anniversary. Zach and Jodi took the time to send us a handful of places to take photos at and helped us get a feel for what we should expect venue wise. I knew I wanted us to be near water, and they had plenty of suggestions. This is a small detail but it had a big impact. Zach started off the session with a little story about love and us and talked about romantic and happy thoughts. He said this all while my husband and I were hugging each other. His story was calming and meaningful. This started us off on the right foot–we immediately felt comfortable with them.
Zach and Jodi guided us and suggest poses…but nothing that made us feel awkward. They both were willing to stand out in the December cold and Zach was willing to get wet to capture a great shot with the water crashing against the rocks. They were so fun to work with they made us forget how cold and windy it was outside.
Zach and Jodi are so much more than photographers. They are great people. They are fun! And you just want to grab a drink with them and get to know them. So that’s exactly what we did.

“Like Going On A Date”
“The experience (of our engagement photos) was like going on a date with a photographer happening to be there. Zach and Jodi kept the whole experience very relaxed and prompted very well-placed candid photos of my fiance at the time and I. During the wedding day our experience was very similar. We were actually running behind schedule, but Zach and Jodi were very VERY laid back about the whole thing and didn’t seem to worry about the schedule (even though we got all the wonderful photos we wanted before, during, and after the ceremony.) They were very helpful and contributed to the life-filled day. After our experience with them we feel as if we made two more friends rather than “just a photographer!” We love them!”
